Hello Siham,
Please call your primary care doctor and your baby doctor for advice. If you not able to eat or drink and you are dehydrated, go to the emergency department of the hospital right away.
Morning sickness (or morning sickness that lasts all day) is common in pregnancy. Gastroesophageal Reflux is also common. Most moms-to-be can manage the symptoms by eating tiny amounts all day and taking tiny sips of water. Try eating carbohydrates that digest easily such as crackers, bread, rice, potato, pretzels, rice cakes and dry cereal. Avoid high fat foods and the usual acid reflux triggers such as citrus, oranges, lemons, tomato and coffee. Spicy foods and soda can also trigger reflux for some.
I hope you are feeling better soon.
Let us know how you are doing and what the doctor says.
Best wishes, Jan
