Q: What about the hydration level with water? Would this help with Gerd? Maybe add a pinch of sea sal

My sister has a terrible problem with acid in her entire system.  I am telling her that I think she needs to drink enough water to properly hydrate her body.  She says it is hard to drink water and I suggested a pinch of sea salt with each glass.  Has anyone out there tried it?  Go to WWW.watercure.com and read under Testimonials.

She must drink water as much as she can even if she feels full and not particularly thirsty. Acid reflux sufferers typically do not keep hydrated enough and it is they who need more water than a similar person who does not have acid reflux problem. Salt should not be added as this will only help to cause DEHYDRATION.
