Is the reason i have these sypmtoms because of the antibiotics?

i took them last night without anyway water or food. I have never had these kind of sypmtoms. Should i worry about it?

Antibiotics can cause a lot of GI issues especially if taken on an empty stomach. You should check the prescription and see if it recommends taking it on an empty stomach or with a meal. If your symptoms persist or worsen then you should go back to the prescribing doctor and let them know what side effects you are having.
