7 month old baby w/ acid reflux still spits up A LOT and seems generally fussy all the time...

I am the mother of a 2 year old (who also had acid reflux for the first year of his life) and now my 7 month old has it, too. He has been on Prevacid for the past 4 months and it has worked as far as him getting thru his feedings w/out screaming....HOWEVER, even at 7 months he still spits up...
