Hello,   How have you been going? My son Jack who is 6 months has reflux and has never slept - wakes up every 2 hours.  This may sound stupid, but I've only just put it down to reflux though.  He is such a happy baby now and so I thought I had his medication sorted, but I now think he is under-medicated and that his reflux is waking him in the night time.   Last night I just tried to re-settle rather than feed and he was arching is back and going stiff as a board (his old reflux tell tales signs) so I think maybe because he doesn't have the distractions that he does during the day and he's lying flat all night he can't sleep through the burning and wants to feed.   Did you find an answer?  The longest Jack has slept is 6 hours and he's only done that 4 times - some sleep for me and him would be really, REALLY exciting and over due.   PS - Jack is on Losec.
