I burp alot and it feels like a bunch of small burps repeatedly and it feels as if im going to throw up. i get what feels like a burning in my chest and throat area.

Your symptoms can certainly be due to reflux, but it's important to see a doctor to have it thoroughly diagnosed as you don't want to assume reflux if it's something else.
