Q: How high should the head of bed be raised in gerd ?

I've never seen specific angle suggestions but there is a list of preventive measures that discusses putting 4-6" blocks under the feet of the head of the bed and using a wedge. Make sure to read both pages as there are some good ideas on the second page as well.

Stephanie, Being "new" to GERD i something I never expected in a million years. Thank you fory your great advice. Still have to make some life choices and try to maintain.
