Q: Waiting for my medicine to take effect on my acid reflux, which foods are the best to eat?

I am waiting for my Nexium to be send from our wonderful prescription provider which as usual has been held up and my bottle is empty which had meant for a very bad week.  Until the Prilosec I have taken kicks in what are some foods I can eat that will not come back up.  Nights are not good so thought maybe if I could eat some founds that might be easier on the stomach they may also be easier on the throat and mouth coming back up??????????
