Hello Bertyha, Have you tried elevating your head for sleeping? Sometimes an extra pillow does the trick. You can also purchase a wedge.
There is a great deal of information on this site about foods to avoid when you have reflux. The common reflux triggers are citrus (oranges, orange juice), tomatoes, spicy foods, chocolate and carbonated drinks such as soda.Beer and wine may also trigger reflux symptoms in some people. Losing weight if you are overweight and avoiding tobacco smoke are also important.
