Please I really  need help.  These chest pains started on and off 3 yrs ago.  It is always after I am up a 1/2 hr or so then I take severe cold chills and sweat through all my clothing and then I start vomiting and then a take a  severe pain in my chest and the pressure in my chest is so great that I cannot tolerate it and end up spending 4-5 days in hospital on IV, pain meds and gravol.  After I am in the hospital for a few days it goes away (I have stayed home with it before but the duration is a lot longer).  I hate running to the emergency all the time.  I have had scopes (which cause me a week of extreme nausea each time I have one & I will NEVER have another), catscans, bloodwork, ultrasounds and nothing shows. I also have a lump ( swelling) between by breasts but at the top of my abdoman. I am a chronic pain sufferer and have been on and off pain meds for the past 20 years.  I was rear-ended while stopped at a construction zone by a transport traveling 110 km per hr.  I have bulging discs and annular tears in my spinal cord.  I receive steriod injections in my back and neck every 3 months or so but the attacks do not coincide with the injections.
