Q: is it possible to comeout smell from nose

I think I know what you are talking about! I can always smell an "almond" smell (and sometimes other smells) and right now I am getting a terrible acid burning at night in the back of my nose. There is a terrible taste and odor that goes along with the burning, which the doctor says comes from acid reflux.
