Yum! I hate to say it but it really depends. Some of us have issues with fried or greasy foods so if it's high in mayo or bacon it might trigger reflux. For some of us the overindulgence that's going to happen this week will trigger reflux no matter what we eat.

 

So, realistically the best thing to do is try it and see how it goes. The problem of course, is that there are so many other things most of us will be eating that it's hard to narrow it down to just that.

 

But, if you keep the rest of your diet fairly normal and try something new you will be better able to see how your body responds. But, keep in mind one trial is generally not enough to know for sure since so many other things cause to reflux. You may need to try it a few times to see if you have the same response.
