You should try tums, rolaids, mylanta or zantac. Watch your diet, elevate your bed and dnt eat 2 hours before bed

I've been reading more and more about using apple cider vinegar for acid reflux. You need to take two teaspoons in a glass of water, three times a day, and it's done the trick for lots of people.

My reflux has been getting a lot worse recently, so I'm going to give it a go.  Try googling it and see what you think.

This website also has some great information.

"Apple Cider Vinagar works! I keep it with me all the time. (Getting in good shape with good eating habits is the best tho.) :)

get hydrated by drinking alkaline ionized water and stay away from soda, gatorade, propel, vitamin water and all sports drinks and any purified water

which is also acidic because it lacks alkaline minerals.
