I regulalry pass dark (orange) urine and experience minor discomfort to the bladder when doing so. Is this a common acid reflux symptom?

This is not a typical symptoms of acid reflux. For a list of common symptoms click here.
Dark urine can be an indicator of dehydration and the minor discomfort may indicate some sort of infection. I would contact your doctor and make an appointment to have this checked out further.
