how much prenatal vitamins I need during Pregnancy esp. Vitamin A D and E.
I am taking over the counter Multi prenatal vitamin. would like to know the daily recomended dose because I am hopefully eating a well balance diet.

Hopefully you are seeing an OB/GYN for your pregnancy. While online resources are great sources for information, they can not take the place of your doctor's expert medical advice and care.
