I've been pondering over this for a few days wishing I could come up with something good to tell you. Since we're not doctors and don't have access to all the tests you've had done - there's just no direction I can think to go. I would assume you've had your gall bladder checked. Your abdominal swelling is concerning and would make me want to check for ovarian things. SMA syndrome can become more apparent with weight loss but it would seem with weight gain the symptoms would get better.

I wish I could offer more. I just hope that you are able to get more answers. If you haven't already - maybe a second opinion or eyes from a new doctor are in order. Maybe a different type of specialist? One not looking at GI? I'm honestly not sure what type but sometimes switching docs can help even if the one you have is excellent. Not being able to figure it out certainly doesn't make them less able - we're just all human and can miss things.

Best of Luck - Stephanie

Thank you Stephanie~

Yes I have had a hidascan & the Gallbladder is great. I am not getting as nauseated as prior to the wt gain, but I have this unbearable heaviness, almost heartburn feeling in my upper midline gastric region. I take alot of prilosec which does not alleviate the symptoms, just a tad bit more manageable. Both Endoscopies were done, nothing noted on the upper, a few polyps on lower. I am seeing a vascular surgeon now, just waiting on previous tests & images(films) to arrive from the Mayo clinic to his office. I am bloated like an airfilled baloon, its just ridiculous. I appreciate all of your help and considerations. I guess I should check female organs to, I had cervical Ca years ago. My familial cancer is another concern of mine. Anyhow, you are wonderful, I Thank you very, very much~

Best to you,

JJ Miller

PS I have had every test for the GI possible already done, just no one can understand what's causing the stomach & Duodenum to be enlargeed. :) THX!
