Q: when you have acid reflux , is it safe to take daily pepcid ac tablets sometimes two or three a day?

Thank you for your question. Pepcid AC is not approved for use more than twice a day. If you need to use medication more than twice daily, you should discuss with your doctor whether there is something else that would work better for you.
