Hi Nalina,   I understand why you are scared. It's very disheartening to keep having symptoms and not receive any answers.   I would recommend going back to your doctor, or seeing a new doctor. But before you go, try keeping a daily journal of what you eat and how you feel after eating. Track your symptoms - mark how many times you go to the bathroom, when you get a headache, when you start to feel bloated, if/when you throw up. Be very specific. The diary may clue your doctor in to something that he or she missed before. The diary may also help you recognize and eliminate foods in your diet that are making your symptoms worse.   You can also try answering the questions in our "intestinal gas and bloating" guide. At the end of the assessment, the guide may help determine the cause of your symptoms.
