Joe, Unless you have a food allergy or intolerance, you can eat any fruit and vegetable that does not trigger symptoms. You will need to listen to your stomach. Some adults with GERD find that citrus (oranges, orange juice) and tomatoes, tomato sauce, etc cause symptoms. Others have different trigger foods. Best to listen to your stomach.

I agree, it is vital as a GERD patient to keep a food diary. You must list foods you eat everyday and see which ones make you ill and which ones make you feel good. For instance, just the other day I realized that eating Cauliflower made my reflux spring up instantly.
