Nissan was done in 1996 and have vomited twice since December 2008. I am concerned the Nissan Wrap has come undone and if it has can it be repaired?

Hello! My daughter had the fundo surgery 9 years ago. She was not able to vomit at first even when she had a stomach virus. Now she is able to vomit if she is sick. However, the fundo is still working 24/7 to keep the food in her stomach and prevent acid backwashing. If you have occasional episodes of vomiting due to an illness, food poisioning, etc, that is ok. If you are having vomiting episodes due to reflux, check in with the doctor for advice on how to treat your symptoms.

I had the nissan July 2009 which failed and it was done again March 2010 which again failed and I am scheduled Oct 14 2010 next week for an open fundoplication with patch. It was done twice previously with the five incisions so it can come undone. I can burp and vomit and have done so since the surgeries which have failed so it can come undone. In March the day after the surgery I had terrible retching in the hospital and I am sure this was the beginning of the second one coming undone.

I HAD A NISSAN FUNDOPLICATION DONE ABOUT 4 YEARS AND NOW MY EATING DISODERS IS BACK .I AM MAKING MYSELF VOMIT . I THIS CAUSE THE SURGERY TO UNDO.
