Sometimes this feeling can be called dysphagia. A condition that occurs with constant untreated acid reflux. The acid reflux doesn't always have to feel like heartburn....sometimes you don't even know you have it until the condition becomes extreme and could possibly turn into Barrett's Esophagus which is a precancerous condition of the esaphogus. If you have symptoms of food feeling like it is stuck or of a lump in your throat even with liquids, I would suggest going to your doctor and getting a Barrium Swallow test and a possible endoscopy. Because Barrett's is caused by acid reflux and can lead to cancer but can be treated and stopped if caught in time. You can be put on special medicines to help stop it and treat the symptoms either fully or they can help elevate the problem a bit. Good Luck to you and good health....I wish you all the best.
