is there any data demonstrating that there is a loss of efficacy with chronic use of zantac? does it apply to other H2s as well?

Hello, It is possible for your body to adjust to the Zantac and require a higher and higher dose. Ask your doctor if you need to keep increasing your dose or move on to another medication.
