Yes, reflux is one of the listed side effects for Prednisone.
If the prednisone is used short-term and it is the cause of the reflux then when you go off of it you should improve. While on it your doctor may prescribe one of the anti-reflux medications depending on the severity of your symptoms. If the prednisone is needed long term then a long term medication plan may be needed. In addition there are some preventive/life style strategies that can be tried.
