Q: What food should I avoid if I have acid reflux?

I have acid reflux most of the time - day and night.  What foods should I avoid to get this under control?

Here's a quick list:

Spicy foods

Caffeinated beverages - coffee, tea, soda

Alcohol

Fatty foods

Tomato-based products

chocolate
