i hve small like numb chest pain ekg normail and blood normal i hade GI dn shld i get endoscope done

i had endocope done in 2003 i had a virius put on protonix. last few month sme type of sypmtoms accept i have small numb like chest pain in left side annoying. im on nerxum, prioslec and mylax nothing working, just had an upper gi done , i want to knw wld a virus come back in the stomach, i do have a hyneral hynea and i do have anixety but this no aniexty . what would be my best test to do . my blood and stool and ekg normal? just dont understand the chest pain nvr had them before
