What can i eat to get rid of my acid reflux?

i have been eating soup, and drinking water and taking tums. its just getting worst. i need help.

Nexium is the best medication but milk smooths the pain.

The above is a link to diet issues for people with reflux. As with everything though everyone is a bit different and one day can be different from the next without a known reason. If possible it is good to keep a food log so that you can try to nail down the cause of your symptoms. Warning though - it can be very disappointing - both my Mom and I figured out that homemade chocolate chip cookies make us sick :(
