As with everything though everyone is a bit different and one day can be different from the next without a known reason. If possible it is good to keep a food log so that you can try to nail down the cause of your symptoms. Warning though - it can be very disappointing - both my Mom and I figured out that homemade chocolate chip cookies make us sick :(
