my boyfriend has been throwing up bile and brown liquid stuff for over a year everyday

sometimes he throws up to up to 10 times a day and has diareha everyday , every time he eats this happens. He is getting pain in the lower abdomen and back shoulder blades. We believe it is his gallbladder but his docter just keeps giving him a prescription for omeprazole magnesium 20mg. How can we convince a dotor to look at his gallbladder

Because he continues to have symptoms despite the meds, and because it sounds like his doctor is not willing to go further, you might want to consider a second opinion. It is always your right to get a second opinion if you do not feel you are getting the care you need.
