can acid reflux give you trouble swallowing, burping, and nausea? how can i get rid of it? help!!

i have acid reflux and im only 21 years and i never had this before i want it to go away. The swallowing is uncomfortable which i think there is still something in my throat and it goes away after ten min. going from a football star and taking hard hits but with this acid reflux really tackled...
