Q: I HAVE ACID REFLUX DESEASE.WHAT CAN I EAT? BECAUSE EVERITHYNG I EAT IS BAD.

 I CANT SLEEP,,I FEEL LIKE THROWING UP MY FOOD AS SOON AS I FINISH EATING..I COUGH ALOT,,NOW I JUST HATE EATING.I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF FOODS TO EAT,BECAUSE I GET SO SICK AFTERWORTH..I HAVE TRIED ALL ANTACID PILLS,,EVEN NEXION AND NOTHING WORKS..I REALLY NEED HELP..WHAT CAN I EAT?????????????

Hello Carmen, My daughter had a similar problem. Everything she ate tasted bad because the reflux could not be controlled. She tried every diet and every medication. She elevated her bed for sleeping and ate small meals. Surgery was the only way to control her reflux. Ask the doctor what your options are for treatment and if surgery is worth considering.
