Q: when i do an acitivity after i eat, i always gag. Is this a symptom?

For several years now i have had this problem when i eat or drink something and then run or play a sport i always gag. Not only do i gag when i do that if i eat dinner and clean up and i feel full and smell what i ate, i also gag. i cant help it, ive tried everything, brushing my teeth not eating as much but i always gag no matter what. I dont know if this is a symptom of acid refux or if i should go to a doctor. Its getting to the point when i do it when i go out to eat at places.

Because this has been going on for a while and because it's affecting your lifestyle - it's important to see a doctor about it. It could be a symptom of reflux or could be something else that your doctor should look into. It's important to share with your doctor about how it's progressed and what you've already tried.
