Q: sour lemon taste in mouth

i have been in the doctors office quite often the last four months trying to figure out why i have chronic bad breath. i have good dental hygiene practices but, the problem keeps getting worse. i take prilosec for acid reflux and that seems to help some with indigestion but, im still somewhat nauseated. i also have trouble with constipation. the volatile sulfur compounds on the tongue is big part of the problem but, i dont see any way to control this bacteria. the expensive products that are advertised to neutralize this and give your tongue oxygen do not work, they bring the smell to the surface and make you smell like boiled eggs. i have read a lot of chat online of people with similar problems and we all need an answer
