Hello! It is important to have the pediatrician examine him and find out exactly what is going on. Breathing problems are a sign that he needs to be seen today. It could be a cold or something else. Little babies have small airways and so a stuffy nose or a cold can make breathing noisy. Does he have reflux too? Sometimes reflux can cause stuffiness and coughing.
