My stomache is real tender I cant even lay on my stomache and my back hurts severley whats wrong?

I have bad stomache pains that make my back hurt it feels like its in my ribs. If i lay on my back my stomache hurts worse. Its was too painful to even lay on my stomache. I have been to many doctors, even had an endoscopy, no ulcers he said thought i might have ibs, but i have none of the...
