Q: I keep having attacks of chest pain where there is a tight pressure.

It feels as though there is a bubble behind my heart. I'm unable to burp and the symptoms last for an hour or more. Occasionally the pain spreads to my neck and arms, but it always goes away. Once I'm able to burp, I can taste the food that I had eaten hours previously. I can't stop burping for hours afterwards, and it I'm unable to eat the remainder of the day. I have a feeling of swallowing down the food consumed earlier in the day, like it is caught somewhere in my mid-section. What could be causing this?

You need to do massage on the neck and legs more often to release the pain
