Q: my son has recently swallowed a coin its been four days and it still hasnt come out. what shall i do

I have known many children who have swallowed coins. Pennies are just very attractive to them. You need to take him to the doctor to have him x-rayed so they can determine where the coin is. Sometimes the coin will make it through without being noticed but often times they need to go in after it.
