Have you seen a doctor about this?I wouldn't want you to assume it's reflux and treat it for that when it could be something else.   That said, with your history of refluxing it is possible that reflux is the cause. All of your symptoms can be related to reflux. Many of us with reflux have to do these things in addition to medication. If the lump feeling is due to inflammation though it may take a few weeks for everything to heal and get back to normal.   Stephanie
