Hi Judith, I am sorry I am getting to this later rather than sooner. By now you've had the surgery. How are you doing? How did the cyst come out? You can read about Cysts here in the database. Generally they are a pockets of tissue or fluid, sometimes infected, sometimes not. Kinda like a big pimple. Let us know what your doctor found and if you are expected to have more treatment.
