Hi Coffeebean, I am not sure why you are getting the eggy smell (which indicates a sulfur component) but you can read about the nausea and vomiting here. It is probably best that you see your doctor to make sure you are not experiencing anything with your pancreas, as pancreatitis can also cause symptoms similar to what you are experiencing.
