i have a hya hernia and am really sick again i cannot go to the hospital again how can i treat this at home?

Sorry to hear about your situation. If possible, you should seek the advice of doctor. Only he or she knows your situation well enough to say what likely will or will not work for you. You may just want to ask him or her about some of the things on this list of diet and lifestyle changes that can prevent GERD. Good luck.
