Bad acid reflux, irritated throat, help please!

Im 25 years old and I have this bad acid reflux that doesn't get better.I first experienced (not severe) some stomach pain, and constipation.So I decided to see a gastrologist on May 2008 & had endoscopy done.They found a little GERD and prescribed me the generic for Prilosec.My stomach was still feeling normal until I started taking the generic for Prilosec.It seems as if I developed acid reflux while on the medication.  I mostly feel this thing that seems to  be stuck in my throat.Up to now my stomach hasn't been the same.I am now on Pepcid (20mg) once at bedtime, also taking papaya enzyme and glutamine.Sometimes my symptoms are not that bad and sometimes it's too much for me.I am also experiencing pain in my mid chest, stomach pain with back pain, throat discomfort and shortness of breath. I need help. I want my stomach to feel the same.
