Q: Is it safe to drink fresh milk low fat with acid reflux?

Hello Cynthia,

Unless you have a milk allergy or lactose intolerance, milk is not a food that triggers reflux or digestive discomfort. If a food triggers symptoms, it is best to avoid it, eat small amounts or find a substitute.

What is your experience with drinking milk?

i made a research on what foods to avoid if you have existing acid reflux and one of  the don'ts is Milk, that's why i ask if low fat milk is safe to drink since i already bought 2 boxes.
