center chest pain burning in throat. left center breat pain felt like electrical shock, then dull for fiffteeen minutes. strong pausing in center chest off and on. have pvc,s.. please help. is this my heart? twice after pause had rapid heart just from bending down. nausea no vomitig just nausea. thanks angel

Hello Angel, If you are having chest pain, it could be from reflux or your heart. Only the doctor can tell the difference. Please call your doctor about this just to be safe. Ok? Jan

What you just described is called heartburn. The acid going up your esophagus burns it near your heart and causes severe pain. From the pain this can increase your heart rate and naseua is normal be cause the acid moving up. Try tums rolaids mylanta or zantac to prevent this or when it occurs.
