I am not a doctor, but looking at the formulation, "Tramadol" is a hydrochloride so is unlikely to have any interaction with hydrochloric acid found in the stomach.
It is an opiod receptor agonist smilar to Codeine which is frequently prescribed for acid reflux sufferers.
My best guess is it's fine but you could discuss this with your pharmacist?
