Hi Lori,   If the child is having chest pain, you need to take her to the doctor immediately. There might be something serious going on and you want to find out. While online sites are great for getting information to help manage the issues, they can not take the place of your doctor's sound advice.   It sounds like your daughter might have GERD. You can read and check ther symptoms here. The throwing up is a common sign of GERD. You can read about that here. Once you have had the child to a doctor, and the doctor has confirmed the diagnosis, you can check any medicines she's been prescribed here.
