Q: Always has been this way. When I eat (bland) eggs without adding an acid drink (grape or orange juice) or adding onions, peppers, etc to the eggs, I get upset stomach, some pain upper rightside

Seems I need to eat spicy foods, as opposed to bland to feel good. Pain can go thru from front to back. Starts under right ribcage about 3 inches up. Like a knife thru me.

It's possible that you have a sensitivity to eggs or that you have difficulty digesting the protein in the eggs. Most people say that when reflux is the problem spicy foods make things worse. There are a lot of people who are beginning to realize that certain foods cause them digestive problems. I know for me, I can't eat bananas -they cause severe reflux. You may want to keep a food log to see if there are other foods that you've noticed are causing the same issue. You may also want to see if it matters how much of the eggs. For example, can you eat eggs in things but not by themselves?
