I have been a longtime suffer of Acid Reflux. I have been on Nexium for about 5 years now. I know have Bile in my stomach. I was told that taking one teaspoon of pure honey 3 times daily to help with the acid reflux. This is my second day trying the honey. My question is there a homepathic remedy to try to help with the acid reflux and bile in my stomach? Can the bile go away with medications? Can Bile lead to stomach cancer? Thanks!

I have suffered the same for years, but it was never diagnosed until five years ago. I do not think doctors even know how to deal with this problem. I was placed on Regan to help emptying, but I found out I was allergic to it. The only thing I am taking now is Red Yeast Rice a cholesterol reducing herbal, but I have not found anything until today when I saw someone posted COLESEVELAM. My husband just researched it and found no contraindications for me to take it...Perhaps you can check with your pharmacist by telling him all the meds you take and see if this may be good for you too.
