Does Prilosec lower your sex drive? I've noticed a change since ive been on it..

Lowered sex drive is not listed in the side effects of Prilosec in our drug information guide.
Are you taking any other medications? You may want to consider these as a possible source of the change.

The answer is yes it can. A lot of doctors don't seem to know this.
