Thanks so much for your question. Nausea after eating is often a symptom for some types of acid reflux. However, you should talk to your doctor to make sure it is actually acid reflux and not something else.   Acid reflux can be battled in part by changing one's diet. You may find this overview helpful. Ask your doctor if any of these dietary changes might work for you.
