Q: treatment of chronic diarrhoea

my sister suffer from diarrhea since a month having abdominal cramps

She needs to be seen by a doctor to determine the cause of the diarrhea. It could be Irritable bowel, it could be an infection, it could be parasites. It's not wise to try to treat without knowing the cause.

she has wheat allergy when she use flour stool frequency is raised.why

She may want to read about Celiac Disease. She should also talk to her doctor about whether this is considered Celiac, a gluten senstivity or an allergy. It is also very likely that it's not just wheat. Most people who have wheat issues have problems with all forms of gluten. Celiac disease can be very serious - eating gluten causes the body to attack itself. Even small amounts can be a problem.
